Develop practical steps to formulate a strategy that will allow the development of the Council's work and support its capabilities by setting a list of its priorities in Work at the national and international level. ..

Mr. Vladelen Stefanov, Head of the National Human Rights Institutions Department at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, and international experts from Tunisia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, President of the National Commission for the Prevention of Torture in Tunisia, a representative of the Supreme Judicial Council, a member of the Attorney General’s office, a representative of the State Council and a delegate participated in the work of this workshop. On behalf of the Presidential Council, representatives of the Ministries of Interior, Justice and Defense, the Chairman of the Higher Committee for Childhood, and a representative of the General Bar of Lawyers. Some directors of the National Council for Public Liberties and Human Rights and some representatives of civil society organizations attended the workshop.

It is noteworthy that the work of this workshop will last for two days, with visual presentations that include best practices and international standards for formulating strategic planning mechanisms, as well as the observations of the Subcommittee on the National Council for Public Liberties and Human Rights, as well as the general form of the council’s structuring, job description and tasks, as well as international standards for the classification of institutions.
